How to get rid of dark circles under eyes?

How can i get rid of dark circles under my eye i try concealer and some days it works but some days it doesn't. do you have any tips to getting rid of dark circles under your eyes besides concealer?

put a metal spoon in the freezer and use the back of that under your eye. That normally works for me
