I don't exercise but I'm not fat, my doctor says i NEED exersice to help my health.., but I have a lot of classes, and taking a sport would mess me up and i would just get TOOinto it.. What should i do??!!! Do i have to exercise to stay healthy?!

You don't need to take up a sport if you don't want to but a certain amount of excercise should be done for long term benefits . that excercise can include walking so even walking from one class to another is a small amount. wear a pedometer for a day and see how much walking you do. 10,000 steps is excellent. Sitting in class you can wiggle your toes or roll your shoulders .this all helps but keep it up as you need to stay subtle and keep those muscles fit.
