Any good Nonfiction and Biography books for teens?





I need a Amercian Classic, a biography, and a Nonfiction book for school. I've tried reading those books, but the ones I found were just so boring. I Need good and exciting books in those genres please!
And may they please not be long like Gone with the wind?

'Last Chance to See' by Douglas Adams and Mark Cawardine. It's about endangered animals - it's interesting, moving, and hilarious.
