Is there a way to combine audiobook chapters to work with Kindle?

I have an audiobook in mp3 format that I want to put on my Kindle 3. The problem is that it's split up into one file for each chapter of the book, so when I put it on my Kindle it fills up 3 pages of my home screen. Is there a way I can combine the files to make one audiobook, or is there another way of doing this that I'm missing?

You can download Audacity sound editor and combine the files.
